Stay with us and enjoy the luxury of Egyptian cotton linens, snuggly robes, clean and comfortable rooms, private baths, a hearty breakfast, and innkeepers eager to make your stay as pleasant and refreshing as possible. All of the guest rooms have air conditioning but you might just enjoy the ceiling fans, an open window and the ocean breezes. We offer the usual amenities including CD clock radios, hair dryers, soaps, shampoo, shower caps, and sewing kits. All guests have access to an iron and ironing board. None of the rooms have phones although guests have access to local and toll-free lines in the sitting room. We've added TVs to all of our rooms and DVD or VCR players in most (see individual room descriptions) but plan to bring your own DVD or video though as we have an extremely limited selection. Free high speed Internet access is available on our computer or by WIFI.

Our rooms are limited to two guests (regardless of age) except in the Hideaway Suite which can accommodate up to six persons. The Inn's B&B rooms are available only to guests more than 12 year old although children of all ages and dogs are welcome in the Hideaway Suite.

Current Rhode Island room and sales taxes total 13% which must be added to the room rates quoted. Rates subject to change without notice. Additional surcharge possible for special event weekends or single night weekend stays. Posted rates are for High Season, seasonal discounts (November to April) are posted on our availability page.
